The aim of this webinar series is to debate issues in Police Leadership particularly at a time where the demands on police leaders are increasingly complex.
The webinar series would bring together a range of expertise in the field of Police Leadership to present and engage in a panel discussion with the purpose engaging expert and practitioner perspectives while at the same time asking participants to pose challenging questions and provide reflections from the sessions.
The intention of this panel would be to reflect on the current position of Police Leadership and the challenges that police leaders face and how to develop leadership as a way to meet these challenges. The panel will consist of ACC Gary Ritchie Police Scotland, Brian McInulty Lead Inspector, HM Inspectorate of Constabulary in Scotland (HMICS), Professor Denise Martin Associate Director for Education and Leadership Network, SIPR.
