IMPACT AWARD WINNER ANNOUNCED

🎉 Congratulations to Jemina! 🎉

We’re thrilled to announce that Jemina has been awarded the 2025 SIPR Impact Award, receiving a £500 prize in recognition of her outstanding research impact.

The award panel—comprising senior academics and policing professionals—highlighted the genuine and practical impact of Jemina’s work, especially through the Just Signs 2 and SILENT HARMS projects. Her collaborative approach and commitment to forging effective pathways to impact truly stood out.

Unfortunately Jemina was unable to attend the award ceremony, but Lucy Clark accepted the award on her behalf at the SIPR Conference which was held on Wednesday 28th May at Edinburgh Napier University’s Craiglockhart Campus.

Well done, Jemina!
